The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, self-assessed wellness, tobacco status, target amount and desired term. These go to the carriers' quoting engine to fetch premiums, not kept by this site. Getting quotes requires zero personal identifiers like name, location, or phone. Matching requests pull from brief cache instead of querying carriers repeatedly.

Applying

Choosing to apply sends your prior answers into the carriers' secure form, where you'll continue under their privacy rules. Applications are managed by Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California firm (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The message form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred response method (email or phone), subject and message text. Email routes it to the agency office; your address becomes the reply destination. The website retains no message archive, submission database or content logs. A quick browser-based spam filter fires before sending.

Measurement

Visitor traffic is measured using server-based, first-party analytics with no tracking cookies. Cookies and browser identifiers stay off entirely; your IP is shortened before storage; referrer parameters are stripped away; logs vanish after three months. Visitors signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded completely.

What we do not do

We decline to monetize personal data, reject behavioral ads, and skip third-party analytics implementations. Only the carriers' application system runs third-party code on this site, and only surfaces when you reach the application page.
